1. Is registration compulsory for buyers?

Yes, the registration is compulsory for buyers. A Buyer can register for free by simply clicking on “REGISTER” button. Once you are registered, you can search for products & contact suppliers from throughout the world.

2. I am registered as a Buyer on, can I also

Yes. When you login to your account, you will be able to see “Become a Supplier, Upload Your Products” button on top right side of the page. Click on it, and complete the form along with the payment in few easy steps. Start uploading your products! NOTE: (ONLY FOR SUPPLIERS): After you register as a Supplier, your profile goes to the Administrator for approval. Only after the approval, you will be able to start uploading the products.

3. I am registered as a Supplier on, can I also

Yes. When you login to your account, you will be able to see “Become a Buyer, Post Your Requirement” button on top right side of the page. Click on it, and you can start Posting Your Requirements.

4. What are the differences between
Standard Suppliers/

This functionality is very useful for the Buyers. When you are interested in buying a particular product and want to get a quote/estimate from all the Suppliers without having to contact each supplier individually, you can use “Post your Requirement” form. That request/requirement will be sent to ALL the Suppliers registered in that particular category. Let the suppliers come to you in response with that requirement!


This option is very beneficial for our Suppliers. The Requirements submitted by the Buyers using “Post Your Requirement” form, will come first to the registered Premium Suppliers under that particular category. They will have 72 hours in advance to respond to those requirements, after 72 hours those requirements will also be shared with the Standard Suppliers.


This is one of the upcoming advance features of Our premium suppliers will be able to view and participate in the tenders from throughout the world.

8. What is “Bulk Upload” and how does it work?

Premium Suppliers will be able to upload products in bulk using this functionality. So instead of uploading one product at a time, in just few simple steps they can upload any number of products. For more detailed information, refer the “Bulk Upload” section under “Product Management” menu in your account.

9. I am a supplier; I am not able find a Category/Sub-category that I am looking for, can
create a new Category/
Sub-category for me?

Yes! To create a new Category or Sub-category, please contact team at and one of our team member will take care of your request.

10. I am a Supplier, I have just uploaded my product but I cannot see my product image?

All/Any product image uploaded by the Supplier goes to Administrator for approval to check if it fulfills terms and conditions. If you have uploaded your product image within last 24 hours, and it is not displaying at, please contact us at

12. I have dispute with a Supplier/Buyer, how do I go about it?

Please be advised that, is legally neither responsible nor accountable for any kind of transaction between buyers and suppliers. Any kind of dispute/disagreement between a Buyer/Supplier is their own responsibility. Please contact the Buyer/Supplier directly.

13. I am not able to access my account ORI forgot my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password” link at the log-in page. If you are unable to access your account for any other reason OR if your account is disabled please contact us at
